Join James Madison - American statesman, diplomat, and Founding Father - who served as the fourth president of the United States in this Youth-Focused Muskingum 250 Event.

At this MCLS and Muskingum 250 Event, a historical reenactor portraying James Madison will meet and greet youth library patrons. This in-person program will include a Q&A session focused on the youth community.
