Finding the right ingredients to keep on hand and understanding what makes a balanced diet is an important skill for promoting a healthy mind and body. Join Alexus Masterson from the Ohio State University Extension office as we dig into the nutritional benefits that hearty ingredients add to your pantry, as well as the historical importance of root vegetables as a tried and true companion for any meal!
