Join Alexus Masterson as we learn the importance of properly preserving food as well as techniques in proper food handling, tips for preventing spoilage, and troubleshooting common concerns.

Food preservation can be a useful skill for anyone. Whether cooking for one or creating batch meals for your family, understanding how to store and preserve your food safely can help stretch portions and decrease waste. These skills can be applicable for store bought ingredients or homemade foods! Join Alexus Masterson from the Ohio State University Extension office to learn safe food preservation, tips for identifying and preventing spoiling, and learn how to address common issues or get your questions answered about other challenges you may be having!
