Historical reenactor, Kyle Jenks, will present the life and times of an American statesman, diplomat, and Founding Father who served as the fourth president of the United States from 1809 to 1817.

Historical reenactor, Kyle Jenks, will present the life and times of an American statesman, diplomat, and Founding Father who served as the fourth president of the United States from 1809 to 1817.
Join the MCLS and Muskingum 250 (Muskingum County History) for a Reception and Lecture with Mr. James Madison. This monumental historical figure, also known as the "Father of the Constitution," will narrate his experiences in the origins and development of the United States of America. This Muskingum 250 Event will take place at the historic Putnam Presbyterian Church.
