As part of the Muskingum 250 celebration, join us at The Stone Academy for a fascinating presentation by Rebecca Carr, Muskingum 250 Committee Chair and Trustee of Muskingum County History. Rebecca will share newly discovered information about the early life of John McIntire, exploring his many accomplishments, struggles, and the enduring legacy he left to the people of Zanesville. The presentation will also highlight the lives and legacies of his wife, Sarah McIntire Young, and daughter, Amelia McIntire. This is a unique opportunity to learn about the McIntire family’s significant impact on the history of Zanesville.
