Spicy Cranberry Salsa

A Charlie Cart Demonstration

Learn to make a new spin on your classic Thanksgiving cranberries, just in time for the holiday season.

Alexus Masterson from OSU Extension will join us to demonstrate how to make spicy cranberry salsa just in time for the holidays. She will discuss safe canning practices and demonstrate water bath canning. Each household will be allocated one jar of the finished product to take home - to be picked up at least 24 hours after canning is concluded. This allows the product time to cool, stabilize, and ensures jars have all formed a proper seal. Because each household will receive one jar please reserve your spots as a singular attendee and put the number of people attending next to your name. Any children attending must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
