Hands-on history exploration.

Between 900 and 2,000 years ago, Native Americans were building monumental earthwork structures throughout what is now Ohio. Explore these ancient sites at your library when we open the Indigenous Wonders Museum-in-a-Box, on loan from the Ohio History Connection. With self-directed activities aimed at grades 4-8, you will get to hold real artifacts, complete a puzzle, and learn more about these amazing works of that blend art and science created by the first Ohioans. 

Due to the fragile nature of some artifacts, adult supervision is requested.
