Welcome to the Muskingum County Library System
Fetch Remedy Dogs will be visiting the library. Learn about therapy animals, service animals, and how they can serve us and aid in our health and safety!
Many people know of therapy animals and service animals, but have you ever wondered about what they actually do? On May 26th, Fetch Remedy Dogs will be at the Duncan Falls/Philo Branch Library to discuss the importance of service and therapy animals. During this program, we will learn what service animals look like, their many important roles, the rules around these service animals and how you can be a supportive community member, and how these animals ultimately support mental and physical wellness and safety for their owners. This program is perfect for anyone seeking accessible information on how therapy animals serve their communities and a place to get your questions answered.
All are welcome, registration is not required for this event.
Please contact our information desk or facilitator Hailey Rantz with any additional questions.
