Learn the ins and outs of making a delicious loaf of sourdough bread. We'll explore the steps and tools involved in the baking process, as well as a few recipes.

Bakers who attended the Sourdough Starters class in December are encouraged to bring recipes they've made with their starters, and share how their sourdough journeys are going. A brief refresher on starters will be given at the start of this class for anyone who missed out on the December session.
