Earth Day Discovery Fest

Celebrate nature with some very special guests at each of our Earth Day discovery stations! Learn about basic survival skills, planting a tree, making a terrarium, and more.

Celebrate nature with some very special guests! Dillon State Park Naturalist Michael Durst provides education about basic survival skills and camping. Cole Potts offers guidance as you create a terrarium! Then learn about trees and take one home, courtesy of MU Senior Braylon Buchanan, who has partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation. Our librarians will have a nature-themed storytime for young children aged 0-5. Provided materials are first-come, first-served.
