Join us for a group discussion about mental health, what it is, why it matters, and how we can support one another in everyday life.

Mental health affects us all, but sometimes it can be hard to talk about. In this open and supportive session with the OSU Extension Office, we’ll explore what mental health looks like, why it matters, and how we can better understand ourselves and those around us. Through guided conversation and shared insights, this program offers a space to learn, reflect, and grow together. Whether you’re looking for tools, support, or simply a place to start the conversation, all are welcome.
