This week’s topic is all about "Eating the Rainbow" – creating colorful, nutrient-packed meals on a budget. Join us for tips and tricks to incorporate a variety of vibrant fruits and veggies into your meals, making healthy eating both fun and affordable. This program is a collaboration with the OSU Extension Office and their SNAP-Ed Educator, Allie Murphy, who will share expert advice to help you make the most of your food budget while preparing delicious, nutritious dishes.
