Embark on a journey of self-care with our month-long program, Stress ReDUCKtion, dedicated to Mental Health Awareness. Throughout the library, adorable ducks are hidden, waiting to be discovered. This passive program encourages you to explore the library at your own pace, finding hidden treasures that can be redeemed for special self-care items. Take this opportunity to prioritize your well-being, connect with the community, and spread awareness about the importance of mental health. Stress ReDUCKtion runs throughout the entire month of May, allowing you to engage at your convenience.
