Channel your inner rockstar with this full body cardio-jam session inspired by the infectious fun of playing the drums. Gretchen Combs leads this low impact, high cardio beginner level workout.

Bring a mat or towel to sit on and water. All other supplies will be provided. Workout will last for 30 minutes with time for instructions in between and cool down at the end.
