Community Nutrition Classes

Learn how to eat healthy on a limited income! SNAP-Ed educator, Monica Mohr, will teach you how to choose nutritious food so you and your family can eat better to feel better. Children are welcome.

There will be activities for children in connected room. 

Class will last for 7 sessions. We will occasionally do cooking demonstrations and tastings.
