Community Drum Circle

This community event is open to anyone age 18 and older. All drums and percussion instruments will be provided. No prior experience is necessary. “If your heart is beating, you can drum!”

Every participant will have a drum or percussion instrument to play. Kellar will demonstrate the basics of hand drumming, empowering participants to find their individual rhythmic spirit through improvisation. “Grab a drum, get in the groove, connect with others in a joyous environment, relax, and have fun in this guided interactive circle of drumming,” says Kellar.

This program will be held outside at the shelter house behind the New Concord Branch library.
