Dog Safety for Children and Teens

with Rowan's Dog Training, LLC

Help your child or teen feel comfortable around dogs in this fun, hands-on session with tips for safe, positive interactions with our K-9 friends.

Children ages 5-18 are invited to join us for a chance to interact with a dog in a safe and supportive environment. Professional trainer and animal behavior expert Rowan Grebeck will take kids and teens through the steps of developing a comfortable relationship with a dog under strict supervision. All participants' parents or guardians will be asked to sign the library's Activity Participation Agreement prior to the program.
