Join Sammy Henderson from 4th and Market for this beginner-friendly outdoor (weather permitting) yoga session. Waivers will need to be signed by a parent/guardian before participation.

Yoga mats will be provided for those who do not have one. Please dress comfortably, in clothes with ample stretch and that are temperature appropriate. Water and post-workout snacks will also be available.
