Join local resident and regenerative farmer Kaylie to learn about healthy dairy, meat, and vegetables, food labeling, and preparing healthy dishes.
Attendees will learn why food labeling really matters and how it may affect our health and our environment in both positive and negative ways.
The preparation of food will be a main topic. This will include how to make dishes without soy, MSG, refined sugar, refined flour, and refined salt.
Attendees will learn to make sauerkraut using the principles from what has be discussed.
