Join Jody Dean for 90 minutes of bliss! Class begins with an energy cleanse, and then students are guided into comfortable positions where they will be bathed in sound via crystal bowls, chimes, and relaxing music. This class includes aspects of the yoga practice like mindfulness, rest, and stillness. This is not a movement-based practice and no yoga experience is needed. Props will be provided to find a favorite lying, reclined, or seated restorative pose. The intention of this experience is to promote an overall sense of well-being and to decrease stress through sound and meditation.
