K-Pop Aerobics

Come work out to some fun K-Pop music and get your name entered into a raffle to win some merch from various Korean Pop Artists! Ages 10-18.

Working out to stay healthy usually requires a lot of motivation, but when you work out with Korean Pop music (K-pop), it becomes less like a workout and more like fun!

Combining dance moves with aerobics that go along with popular K-Pop songs, you won't realize you're working out because you'll be having too much fun! K-Pop aerobics is where it's at. We can watch different K-Pop music videos during breaks between workouts for fun.
